The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has announced a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the development of a 4-lane access-controlled Greenfield Regional Expressway on the northern side of RRR Hyderabad. This ambitious infrastructure project aims to enhance connectivity and boost regional development by constructing a state-of-the-art expressway stretching from Reddipalle village (Design Ch.33+000) to Islampur village (Design Ch.59+000).

Bidding Process and Key Dates

Additionally, the documents will be available on the Bidder Information Management System (BIMS) portal at bims.gov.in.

Submission Guidelines

  • Bidders must submit both their financial and technical bids online at etenders.gov.in and bims.gov.in.
  • Physical submission of documents, including Bid Security, Power of Attorney (POA) for signing, and relevant experience certificates, will be required from the lowest bidder before issuing the Letter of Acceptance (LOA).
  • Bid Security can be provided through account payee demand drafts, fixed deposit receipts, or banker’s cheques. These must be submitted physically within five working days after the bid due date by 11:00 AM.

Eligibility and Criteria

The project invites bids from eligible national and international contractors with experience in highway construction and EPC projects. Joint ventures (JVs) are welcome to participate, provided they comply with the RFP guidelines and submit the necessary documentation.
