The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has announced a request for proposal (RFP) for the development of a 4-lane access-controlled greenfield regional expressway on the northern side of Hyderabad. This ambitious project will span from Girmapur village to Reddipalle village, covering a total distance of 34.518 km in Telangana.

4 Lane Greenfield Expressway Project Overview
As part of its mission to enhance national highway infrastructure, the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, through NHAI, will undertake the expressway’s development under the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) mode. This project forms Package-I of the broader initiative to boost regional connectivity and ease traffic congestion around Hyderabad.

Bidding Process and Timeline

The bid documents will be available from December 27, 2024, to February 14, 2025, up to 11:00 AM IST. Contractors must submit their financial and technical bids online by the closing date. Online bids will be opened on February 17, 2025, at 11:30 AM IST.
Important Note:
Physical submission of bid security, power of attorney (POA) for signing, JV documents (if applicable), integrity pact, and experience certificates will be required from the lowest bidder before issuing the Letter of Acceptance (LOA).
