Kadapa Municipal Corporation Reservation list for 50 wards
Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Kadapa has submitted draft ward delimitation proposals of the Kadapa Municipal Corporation to the C&DMA, A.P., Guntur for onward submission to the Government.
Commissioner and Director of Municipal Administration, A.P., Guntur while forwarding the draft de-limitation of wards proposals of the Commissioner, Kadapa Municipal Corporation along with check list, description of wards, sketch and necessary certificates in Form-II, III, IV and V, has requested the Government for issue of necessary orders.
Government after careful examination of the matter and in exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 11 of Andhra Pradesh Municipal Corporations (De-limitation of wards) Rules, 1996 issued in G.O. 1st read above, hereby approve the ward delimitation proposal submitted by the Commissioner, Kadapa Municipal Corporation for de-limitation of Kadapa Municipal Corporation into fifty (50) wards.
The Commissioner, Kadapa Municipal Corporation shall publish ward delimitation in Form-VI in the A.P. Gazette and display the said notification at important Government Offices situated within the Corporation limits and also take action as per Rule 11 of Rules issued in G.O. Ms. No.570 MA & UD Dept, dt.6.11.1996.
The Commissioner and Director of Municipal Administration, A.P, Guntur / the Commissioner, Kadapa Municipal Corporation, shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly. The description of ward boundaries of Kadapa Municipal Corporation, is Annexed to this order.
