Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Ananthapuram has submitted draft ward delimitation proposal of the Ananthapuram Municipal Corporation to the Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration, A.P., Guntur for onward submission to the Government.
Director of Municipal Administration, A.P., Guntur while forwarding the said draft de-limitation of wards proposals of the Commissioner, Ananthapuramu Municipal Corporation along with check list, description of wards, sketch and necessary certificates in Form-II, III, IV and V, has requested the Government for issue of necessary orders.
Government after careful examination of the matter and in exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 11 of Andhra Pradesh Municipal Corporations (Delimitation of wards) Rules, 1996 issued in G.O. 1st read above, hereby approve the ward delimitation proposal submitted by the Commissioner, Ananthapuramu Municipal Corporation for de-limitation of Ananthapuramu Municipal Corporation into fifty (50) wards.
The Commissioner, Ananthapuramu Municipal Corporation shall publish ward delimitation in Form-VI in the A.P. Gazette and display the said notification at important Government Offices situated within the Corporation limits and also to take action as per Rule 11 of Rules issued in G.O. Ms. No.570 MA & UD Dept, dt.6.11.1996.
The Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration, A.P, Guntur/the Commissioner, Ananthapuramu Municipal Corporation, shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly. The description of ward boundaries of Ananthapuramu Municipal Corporation, is Annexed to this order.
