Registrar (Recruitment), High Court of Judicature, for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh recommended the names of (02) Senior Civil Judges who were provisionally selected for the post of District Judges (Entry Level) by transfer through a Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (Accelerated Recruitment by Transfer) and (04) Advocates as District Judges (Entry Level) under direct recruitment notified for the year 2014 as follows:-

The Government of Telangana as well as Government of Andhra Pradesh approved the panel of (02) Senior Civil Judges as District Judges (Entry Level) and issued orders in the G.Os second and third read above respectively.
Registrar (Recruitment), High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad has informed that the High Court has called for and obtained declarations from (04) provisionally selected candidates to the posts of District Judge (Entry Level) notified for the year 2014, for their allotment and appointment to the States of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Out of the (04) provisionally selected candidates, (02) candidates namely Sri Madaboina Nagaraju and Ms. Nukala Prema Latha, have submitted their declarations for their allotment and appointment to the post of District Judges (Entry Level) in the State of Telangana.
After careful examination of the proposal of the Registrar (Recruitment), High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad, the Governor of Telangana hereby approves the selection proposal made and sent by the High Court and appoints the following Advocates as District Judges (Entry Level) in the Andhra Pradesh State Judicial Service under rule 4(2)(b)(i) of Andhra Pradesh State Judicial Service Rules, 2007:-
- Sri Madaboina Nagaraju, H.No.1-22, Ponnal (Post), Shamirpet (Mandal), Ranga Reddy District – 500078, State of Telangana.
- Ms. Nukala Prema Latha, H.No.5-11-121, Beside Railway Track, Sony Function Hall Lane, Yellammagutta, Nizamabad – 503001, State of Telangana.
Their probation will be governed by rule 9 of the Andhra Pradesh State Judicial Service Rules, 2007, and they will be on probation for a period of two years, from the date on which they join duty as decided by the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad.
The Registrar (Recruitment), High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh shall take necessary action accordingly.
